Our goal is simple:  To provide recognition and awards for innovators and leaders in the recruiting industry.

What makes these awards different? A lot.  For starters, winners aren’t selected by “self proclaimed experts” or a recycled panel of judges.  There are 3 voting elements to selecting the winners, the most important being the crowd-sourcing element.

The inaugural award winners will be announced at the 2011 LinkedIn Talent Connect Conference in Las Vegas, NV.
